• If a Study Permit application is denied by Canada Immigration, $700 CAD of the non-tuition fees is non-refundable. Any applicable bank fees will be deducted at cost.
• All requests for refunds must be in writing, accompanied by the Original Letter of Acceptance and original receipt for fees and the Letter of Rejection from Canada Immigration. Refund requests are typically processed within approximately eight to twelve weeks.
